Original Dr. Müller/Advanced UV Light warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under intended normal use as described in the unit’s Operation and Instruction Manual, for a period of 1000 operating hours or two (2) year from date of sale – whichever occurs first. Construction is warranted for five (5) years from date of purchase.

This Limited Warranty as set forth in the paragraph above becomes null and void if, the tanning device is transferred to a third party, operated outside the normal operating voltage, operated longer then the maximum exposure time, modified in any way, repaired by unauthorized service personnel, inadequately ventilated, improperly cared for as described in the Owners Manual or if the Warranty card is not properly completed and returned to AUVL.

Any use of non-AUVL parts or lamps in the tanning devices nullifies and voids this warranty.
|

All Warranty claims must be handled by an Authorized AUVL Dealer and are subject to the following:

Labor will be furnished without charge for the first 6 months or 250 hours of operation from the date of purchase only – whichever occurs first. All labor and related charges must be authorized by AUVL prior to start of repair.
|

Lamps, Facial Lamps, Starters and Filters are not covered by this Warranty.
|
|
|
• |
Acrylics are covered under the same Warranty but are prorated based on the amount of hours used with 1000 hours being the expected acrylic life.
|

• |
All freight charges incurred in any Warranty claim are the sole responsibility of purchaser.
|
|
|
• |
Failure to return defective or Warranty replaced parts within 10 days of receipt of new part will cause purchaser to incur normal replacement costs of parts.
|

If the warranty form is not registered, proof of purchase from AUVL or its authorized dealer or distributor will be required prior to any consideration of warranty claims. This will result in service delays.

|
Any additional Claims, Commitments or Warranties made by an AUVL Dealer or Distributor will be the sole responsibility of that Dealer or Distributor.
|
|
|
This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranty of merchantability and fitness. No person, firm, or corporation is authorized to obligate AUVL for any connection with the sale or use of these goods.

|
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that may vary from state to state.
